FP&A Manager / Senior Manager

Our Client

An expanding business in the manufacturing and production industry. To deal with their rapid expansion, they are looking for a strong FP&A Manager / Senior Manager to support the various stakeholders within the firm. The role will oversee planning, analysis, and investment feasibility studies.

About the role

You will be part of the key regional level finance team representative to engage with various senior stakeholders

  • Work closely with regional head of finance to partner with stakeholders
  • Produce management reports to ensure analytical insights are delivered
  • Consolidation of financial forecasts, budgets & actuals and product variance analysis
  • Financial modelling for new business initiatives, including but not limited to new business acquisition
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of subordinates, provide training and coaching
  • Budgeting, forecasting and analytics
  • Ad hoc projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
  • Manufacturing, production or consumer goods experience required
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience with exposure to FP&A
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and be a business partner for several countries and entities in APAC
  • CPA qualification is a plus but not must, highly analytical and able to provide insights on story behind numbers
  • Fluency in English to work with overseas English-speaking stakeholders, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) to work with PRC
