FP&A Manager (MNC Logistics, up to HK$65k)

Job description

Our client is a leading logistics and supply chain company with business over the globe, they offer a wide range of services including freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, and e-commerce solutions.

They are seeking a FP&A Manager who will report directly to the Global Finance Director and works closely with the teammates in UK and HK.

Job Description:

  • Provide insights and financial modeling for senior management, supporting strategic initiatives and important business decisions.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term growth projection processes for all group companies.
  • Prepare and present business cases for new investments and strategic decisions.
  • Analyze financial and operational results, communicating divisional performance to the leadership team.
  • Assess cost drivers and support cost reduction projects for divisional management.
  • Review existing processes and procedures, offering recommendations for improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly management reports and statutory reporting for the Group.
  • Lead the overseas divisional finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Develop performance measurement metrics and review departmental costs.
  • Handle other assigned projects and tasks from the Group Finance Director.
  • Occasional night calls are needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration
  • CPA qualification
  • No less than 10 years of relevant FP&A or financial modeling experience in MNCs.
  • Experience in the logistics/ supply chain industry is a plus (Please state it).
  • Experience in using Cargowise system is highly preferred
  • Excellent excel skills and strong analytical skills.
  • Good presentation and power point skillsets.
  • Excellent command of English (native speaker or close to native is a plus).
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
