FP&A Manager - manufacturing, 60k

Responsibilities:

• Prepare group management reports, budgets, and analysis for management review
• Work closely with BU team for financial analysis and assist management to review and monitor the segment performance index
• Provide regular support and insightful performance analysis to facilitate better understanding of financial performance of respective functions
• Supporting and executing global and local finance policies, assist in formulating and implementation of accounting and internal control guidance and processes.
• Lead and undertake ad-hoc financial reports and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor 's degree of Accountancy or other finance related discipline
• CPA / CFA qualification
• Minimum 6 years of working experiences in FP&A function
• Regional and manufacturing backgrounds are highly preferred
• Ability to lead change, highly motivated team player with positive attitude
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
