FP&A Manager (International Law firm, up to HK$70k)

Job description

Our client is an leading international law firm with business across the globe. They are looking for a high calibre FP&A Manager to join their regional finance team, the role is aim to drive business partnering with operations to help driving revenue and profitability management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct business planning, analysis, and financial modelling to maximize profitability and support management reviews.
  • Collaborate with business heads to manage commercial activities, review contracts, and deliver pricing proposals.
  • Monitor budget and forecast for strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Provide financial support and perspective to cross-functional teams and business units.
  • Implement improved processes to increase company efficiency and profitability.
  • Lead strategic pricing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and financial soundness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build trust and alignment around pricing strategies.
  • Optimize pricing and profitability for client requests, leveraging financial expertise.
  • Develop pricing proposals for new products and services, presenting solutions that resonate with clients.
  • Analyze commercial performance, provide training, and generate reports for informed decision-making and improvement.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline
  • Qualified in ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent, solid commercial experiences in FP&A and business partnering scope, understanding of operations
  • At least 2 years of experience with preferably in the services industries, professional firms, advertising, or hospitality industries
  • Prior law firm work experiences is highly preferred
  • Excellent command of both English and Cantonese is required
  • Dynamic personality with an analytical mindset
