FP&A Manager

Our client is the world leading luxury retail company. They are looking for a Regional FP&A Manager to support business review and cost controlling for APAC.

Responsibility

• Responsible for corporate cost analysis for APAC
• Provide recommendation and insight on strategic plan and lead the investment case studies
• Drive Asia Pacific monthly forecast/financial performance review
• Support business partner from different region to challenge and comment on financial performance
• Safeguard finance objective through P&L and assets for financial management team by analyzing financial impacts of budget and forecast deviation
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-reduction measures.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence
• Review business investment, ensure proper control process and identify process improvement opportunities
• Formulate management reports to unleash insight from different data
• Drive process improvement and identify new tools for transformation, eg data visualization, process automation etc.

Requirement

• Degree holder with major in business discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, business analysis, experience in retail/ FMCG industry is preferred
• Strong analytical skill, business sense, excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• Experience with SAP and BI applications (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud) will be a plus
