FP&A Manager

Our client is a well-established Consumer Products company with global operations and APAC HQ in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a commercial finance talent to join their team in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will lead a small team and oversee all FP&A for North Asia. With a strong understanding of the operating cost model, you will provide meaningful reports and analysis for senior management. On a regular basis, you will oversee management reporting, budgeting and forecasting across their business units. Partnering with other finance teams, you will deep dive into variances and provide viable recommendations with aim of achieving financial objectives. This is a fast paced environment where you will gain exposure to front line businesses whilst exercising budgetary and performance control.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Degree holder in Accountancy or similar disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of financial management experiences
• Prior experience in Consumer Products sector is highly preferred
• Strong commercial finance and analytical skills
• Excellent communiction skills; ability to work with senior stakeholders
• Good command in both English and Chinese
