FP&A Manager

Our client is a renowned Retail multinational with Hong Kong as their APAC hub. With a sizable finance function, they are currently looking for a talented and energetic FP&A Manager to oversee several brands for their Hong Kong market.

With dual reporting to Finance and Analysis teams, this is an individual contributor role where you will work closely with the operations for your assigned brands. Focussing in the Hong Kong market, this role will provide ample opportunity to work as an integral team member of the front line operations. You will be leading all the FP&A duties for these brands: from budgeting, forecasting, monthly performance P&L; conduct in-depth business analysis and facilitate critical decision makings such as new product launches and strategic customer penetration, etc. This is a varied and fast paced role where you will interface with senior business leaders and brands' general managers on a regular basis.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Degree holder and qualified accountant ie CPA/ ACCA
• Minimum 6 years of relevant financial management experience.
• Solid FP&A experiences gained in Consumer Product sectors
• Exceptional communications and presentation skills with strong commercial acumen
• Prior experience in working with front line business operations
• Ability to work in a deadline driven and multi project environment
• Excellent English and Chinese language skills
