FP&A Manager

Our Client

A globally expanding professional services company. To support their rapid growth, are looking for a FP&A Manager to help with business planning and analysis for their different specializations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the head of finance to partner with stakeholders.
• Produce weekly and monthly management reports to deliver analytical insights.
• Conduct P&L analysis for senior stakeholders and make suggestions to improve profitability and performance
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and analytics.
• Manage ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in business partnering with managing directors is a plus
• CPA qualification is advantageous but not mandatory; highly analytical with the ability to provide insights behind the numbers.
• Experience previously in an analytical role within the professional services industry
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese).
