Fintech Development Manager - Banking Space (45K - 60K)

Job description

Responsibilities:
* Perform research and development task on AI, Blockchain, and Digital Asset
* Initiate meetings and collaborate with internal departments and external business partners to drive the Fintech project development, implementation and business result delivery
* Source, evaluate, shortlist potential technology solutions to achieve Fintech adoption goals
* Monitor and maintain the inventory, tracking and managing the complex business projects & pipelines with an organized manner
* Nurture and establish close engagement with external innovation partners and Fintech community to drive implementation of Fintech Strategy
* Analyze and consolidate materials from regulatory organizations such as HKMA, SFC, etc
* Ensure the projects comply with regulatory requirements and compliance standards
* Analyze investment opportunities in perspectives of business plan, financial model, competitive landscape
* Formulate and provide governance on the policies and procedures in relation to Fintech project
* Prepare budgeting, financial planning and financial reports, including management reports and business control reports

Requirements:
* University graduate, preferably major in computer science/ finance /or related discipline
* Minimum 5 years working experience from recognized establishments in Fintech related industries and/or R&D with the following attributes:
* Preferable to have previous business consultation, IT project management, research and development experience in banking industry
* Good understanding of banking's relevant policies and operational procedures
* Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
* Interested to meet with technology firms, active in exploring new business opportunities
* Organized, self-motivated, eager to learn, able work under tight timeline & pressure
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Proficient of both spoken and written English and Chinese
