Financial Reporting Manager - MNC

About the company:

A globally well known business with their regional hub in Hong Kong . They are looking for a Finance Manager to join and manage the financial and management reporting functions. The position will report to the Finance Director and work closely with regional stakeholders.

The role:

• Manage all rounded finance functions including monthly reporting and closing duties
• Lead and deliver monthly consolidated accounts whilst ensuring internal controls and compliance are met
• Work closely and monitor accounting services and business relationships
• Analysis and management reporting duties to advise stakeholders on business performance
• Monitor company cash flow situations and ensure treasury functions alongside relevant reporting
• Implement and maintain group internal controls, liaise with auditors
• Prepare tax computation and assist in tax planning
• Build a team, develop newly hired subordinates

Requirements:

• Degree Holder or above in Accounting, CPA Qualified Accountant
• At least 8 years of working experience in a growing business or ability to adapt in an entrepreneurial environment
• Former experience in a regional role would be preferred
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and ability to enhance internal controls
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
