Financial Controller / Senior Manager

The Client:

A leading company in the fintech business with major operations in Asia and China. They operate in the services business and have a reach across multiple industries. They are looking for a head of finance with team management experience and knowledge of fintech or financial industry.

Responsibilities

• The Financial Controller / Senior Manager will be in charge of all group accounting and reporting functions
• Manage and lead an accounting team in Hong Kong and PRC work closely with stakeholders in Hong Kong
• Review financial reports, conduct monthly analysis and ensure adherence to group accounting policies
• Establish and maintain accounting control procedures, drive further enhancement of internal accounting operations
• Key responsible to liaise with internal and external auditors

Requirements

• Degree holder, CPA qualified accountant required
• Group level exposure in financial reporting, experience managing sizable accounting team
• Minimum 12 years of experience with exposure in sizable company
• Experience in internet, media or fintech is a plus but not a must
• Previous track record on leading a team, including talent recruitment, development and coaching
• Excellent analytical skills, ability to work in a dynamic team and strong interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
