Financial Controller - APAC

About the company:

A growing pharmaceutical company specializing in next generation products and medicine. The company is currently rapidly expanding and looking for a Regional Financial Controller to join and lead the financial and management reporting functions

The role:

• Manage regional APAC Finance & Accounting functions to perform monthly reporting and closing duties
• Lead and deliver monthly consolidated accounts whilst ensuring internal controls and compliance are met
• Work closely and monitor overseas accounting services and business relationships
• Monitor company cash flow situations and ensure treasury functions alongside relevant reporting
• Implement and maintain group internal controls, liaise with auditors
• Prepare tax computation and assist in tax planning
• Assist with due diligence process for potential acquisitions

Requirements:

• Degree Holder or above in Accounting, CPA Qualified Accountant preferred
• At least 12 years of relevant working experience preferred
• Former experience in MNC companies preferred, product driven industry experience is preferred
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and ability to enhance internal controls
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred to work with staff in Greater China)
