Financial Analyst / AM

The Company

Our client is a global leader produce and distribute wand range of beverages and health & Wellness products. They are looking for a financial analyst to support FP&A function for their HK business. This role will report to the FP&A Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle monthly reporting, P&L variance analysis against budget, prior periods
  • Review and submit closing reports, and reporting package generated from SAP to HFM to regional planning team
  • Record and update rebate and A&P marketing accruals in SAP
  • Assist in monthly business, operation and financial review
  • Coordinate budget with different department eg. sales& marketing, supply chain and other functions in rolling forecast, mid-month forecast
  • Assist in variance analysis and review business risk & opportunities
  • Assist in annual and midyear budget plan
  • Perform scenario and cost/profitability analysis on developing new products
  • Handle ad-hoc assignment as per request

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accountancy or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Access &PowerPoint), SAP is a plus
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, details-oriented , and a team player
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
