Financial Analyst - System Transformation

The Company

Our client is prestigious luxury good holding company with a diverse jewellery, watches and fashion portfolio. They have more than 35,000 staff over the world. They are hiring a Financial Analyst to support the FP&A team. This role will report to Brand Controller and work closely with IT team to develop develop regular financial management reports tools.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Financial Review with brand management
  • Review Brand Financials performance by preparing variance analysis and ratio analysis
  • Prepare analysis and PnL commentary to facilitate business decision making
  • Act as SAC system expert to support the HK rollout, system development, build reports and data analysis for the team
  • Assist on process transformation project
  • Streamline and automate the reporting process with SAC reporting tool/ Macro/ RPA
  • Coordinate with Regional Finance and IT to develop regular financial management reports and business analysis for brands management
  • Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness, providing both support and challenge as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Finance system implementation or Analytics/ Financial planning and analysis/ Management Reporting
  • Strong analytical mind with excellent interpersonal, communication skills and problem-solving capability
  • Good experience or knowledge of SAP/ Business Intelligence/ SAP Analytical Cloud
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in the use of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good spoken and written English
