Finance System Implementation Lead

Job description


  • Act as a business advisory role and lead transformational initiatives across various business units
  • Handle the search to identify strategic insights for the Oracle EPM system
  • Provide suggestions on the implementation of transformation projects and drive for the whole process
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the performance of the project results
  • Drive process automation and perform finance system enhancement project
  • Ensure the implementation projects with good performance and high standard to the internal needs
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular reports to stakeholders


  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in business planning, business transformation, strategy, or consulting
  • Solid finance knowledge and skill sets in manufacturing business
  • Strong in finance system migration skills
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, both internally and externally, with a focus on strategic management of partnerships to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed organization, influencing and aligning stakeholders across various lines of business.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
