Finance System Analyst (SAP HANA)

Our client is a global company headquartered in Europe with regional hub in Hong Kong. The company is reputable for their strong brand positioning with business presence around the world. With the APAC business expansion and upscale plan, the company is looking for an experienced Finance System Analyst to drive further success in their system projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main system administrator for the financial accounting systems to review and update user security, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve system related issues
• Maintain security for the financial and management information systems to ensure compliance with internal policies and control access permissions/ privileges
• Review and update various system documents (i.e. training materials, operating manual and help desk procedures)
• Conduct user training and provide support to other colleagues for the use of reporting under SAP HANA
• Handle ad-hoc works or projects as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or equivalent professional qualifications
• Experience in system implementation, preferably hands on exposure to SAP HANA
• Good command of English and Cantonese; fluency in Mandarin is preferred
• Good analytical mind, self-driven, able to work under pressure and good communication and interpersonal skill
