Finance Manager / Assistant Manager - Analysis

Our client

A leading sizable organisation in Hong Kong with a reputable finance team. To deal with their rapid expansion, they are looking for a strong FP&A candidate to join their analytical team and provide insights on the business vertical.

About the role

You will be part of the key finance team to analyse data and provide financial commentary to the business vertical teams

• Work closely with finance and head of department to provide data insights from a finance and business perspective
• Produce weekly and monthly management reports
• Financial analysis for new business initiatives, assist with budgeting, forecasting and business proposal review
• Assist in the development and monitoring of subordinates, provide training and coaching
• Proficient to draw data using SQL and present findings is a plus
• Ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience with exposure to FP&A and SQL
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• CPA qualification is a plus but not must, highly analytical and able to provide insights on story behind numbers
• Fluency in English to work with overseas English-speaking stakeholders, Chinese (Cantonese)
