Finance Manager/ Assistant Finance Manager (HKD40k-50k)

About the company:

Our client is a leading shipping company with business over the globe. To cope with their expansion plan and to strengthen their business, they are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join their Finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for Group financial reporting
• Prepare financial and management reports
• Works with Accounting team, process payments and prepare cash flow forecast
• Manage and control over intercompany transactions
• Liaise with banks in respect of treasury and financial services matters
• Supervise and monitor financial reports and performance of the subsidiary companies
• Prepare meeting materials for management meetings
• Collaboration with subsidiaries on ongoing investment projects
• Ad hoc projects required by senior management

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
• A minimum of 5 years' Accounting experiences within logistics or shipping industry is preferred
• CPA is a must
• Able to work independently and detail-minded, good team leader
• Good command in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
