Finance Manager /Assistant Finance Manager (HK Listed Co.)

Our client is a Hong Kong listed conglomerate with diversity business globally. They are currently looking for a Finance Manager/ Assistant Finance Manager for group reporting team and assists in system implementation.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing month-end closing and preparing of the Group's consolidated financial statements and schedules.
• Assist in consolidation and preparation of interim and annual financial statements of the Group.
• Prepare financial reporting and management reporting and ensuring compliance with HKFRS and HK Companies Ordinance and company requirements.
• Assist in ERP system implementation.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
• Qualified Accountant of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent
• At least 3 years working experiences in Group Consolidation/ Financial Reporting
• Audit training in Big 4 is highly preferred
• Familiar with Oracle or Hyperion
• Able to handle multi-tasks, work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Business proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
