Finance Manager - Professional Services

The client:

A leading APAC focused professional services firm in the industry. They are well recognized globally as a leading player within their speciality and offer tailor made services to MNCs and leading institutions. Currently they are looking for a Finance Manager to handle the financial operations within the firm.

The role:

• Reporting to the Hong Kong MD, handle all rounded accounting duties including billing, invoicing and payroll
• Work closely with overseas finance teams to deliver management reports and analysis
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for monthly and quarterly budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure that all overseas accounting and financial issues are resolved in a timely matter
• Manage basic HR and administrative duties for a small office environment
• Ad hoc assignments and projects

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Accounting Finance or related disciplines
• At least 15 years or more in all rounded accounting function
• Previous experience working in an all rounded finance role in professional services
• Understanding of payroll, commission schemes would be an advantage
• CPA qualified Accountant or similar qualifications
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
