Finance Manager (manufacturing), up to 60k

Responsibilities:

• Perform group consolidation and annual statutory accounts of group companies
• Support the team on external audit, tax filing and prepare supporting schedules
• Align with Group Financial management & control policies, establish the local policies and working procedures
• Establish and maintain proper/effective finance controls/supervision on the local business operations
• Manage year-end audit and liaise with external advisors
• Ensure compliance with local accounting and tax regulations
• Participate in M&A projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree of Accountancy or other finance related discipline
• CPA qualification
• Minimum 5 years in audit and finance reporting function
• Experience in big 4 and sizable company are highly preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proactive, team player and with strong business sense
• Able to work in fast-paced working environment
