Finance Manager (listed company, HKD44-55k)

About Our Client:

Our client is a one of the world's leading listed property company with operation globally, they are currently looking for a Finance Manager mainly responsible for financial analysis to join their finance team.

Repots to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:

• Review project P&L and performance
• Providing insightful analysis to support the growth of the overall business and new business directions
• Prepare consolidation and disclosure notes accosting to listing roles
• Providing insightful analysis to support the growth of the overall business and new business directions
• Assisting the team in performing financial due diligence on potential investment opportunities
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as requested

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance / Accounting, with CPA qualification
• Big 4 background with at least 5 years of commercial work experiences is preferred
• Self-motivated, problem solving skills and able to work independently
• Speaks fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
