Finance Manager (HK listed conglomerate)

About Our Client:

Our client is a well-established conglomerate with a diversified business portfolio globally, they are looking for a seasoned Finance Manager to join their group level finance team and oversee the financial reporting functionfor their Hong Kong and China business.

Repots to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:

• Review project P&L and performance
• Responsible for Financial Reporting, consolidation for the Group
• Prepare consolidation and disclosure notes accosting to listing roles
• Solid financial planning, budgeting and analysis experiences with good business insights
• Assist with special projects, including due diligence, pre-acquisition investment analysis and post-acquisition business integration
• Assisting the team in performing financial due diligence on potential investment opportunities
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as requested

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance / Accounting, with CPA qualification
• Big 4 background with at least 3 years of commercial work experiences is preferred
• Self-motivated, problem solving skills and able to work independently
• Speaks fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
