Finance Manager - Business Planning & Analysis

The Company:

A leading international business with significant operations within the APAC region is currently seeking a robust finance business partner with prior exposure and knowledge in accounting, financial modelling, and Record to Report (R2R) processes. Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with overseas senior management to provide valuable financial and business insights
  • Drive monthly and quarterly budgeting, forecasting, and participate strategic planning
  • Perform financial modelling to support strategic initiatives and decision-making and investment decisions
  • Review accounting operations as needed, support month-end closing process, and oversee R2R processes.
  • Perform trend and business analysis, share insights with senior management.
  • Standardize and deliver financial and management reports, foster business partnership within regional and global HQ.
  • Lead ad hoc projects within the region and overseas

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance and Accounting or relevant subject.
  • At least 12 years of experience in an analytical position, CPA qualified accountant preferred.
  • Experience in financial modelling and R2R processes.
  • Previous experience in a regional or global role in retail, services, or any business with APAC regional exposure is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in financial accounting or month-end closing would be advantageous.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese to liaise with overseas stakeholders (Spoken Cantonese and Mandarin).
