Finance Manager - AR & AP

The Company

A stable leading business with operations worldwide. Over the years, their business has grown to overtake its competitors and they are performing well in the current economic climate. As part of their global expansion, they are looking for a Finance Manager - AP & AR to join their firm.

The role:

• Manage an Accounting team to perform daily operations including month-end closing and financial reporting for several entities
• Supervise Accounts Payable and Receivables function to ensure transactions are processed in a timely manner
• Work with internal stakeholders and clients to explain variances
• Monitor company and entity cash flow situations and ensure treasury functions alongside relevant reporting
• Implement and maintain group internal controls, liaise with auditors
• Prepare tax computation and assist in tax planning
• Lead and develop existing and newly hired subordinates

Requirements:

• Degree Holder or above in Accounting, CPA Qualified Accountant preferred
• 8 years of relevant working experience with at least 2 years in a managerial position
• Former experience in accounting, exposure to full set of accounts would be an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, practices and ability to enhance internal controls
• Previous exposure working managing multiple full set of accounts would be advantageous
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese preferred)
