Finance Manager (all-rounded + Ops Finance)

Job description

Our client is a sizeable and reputable MNC in the consumer industry. To facilitate their company growth, they are looking for a high calibre Finance Manager to join their team and take care of the finance functions.

Report to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:

  • All-rounded finance scope, responsible for financial reporting and management reporting
  • Closely communicate with functional teams, setting budgets and KPIs, conducting analysis and forecasts
  • Leading small team (including AR and AP functions), ensuring the accuracy of the transactions
  • Overseeing finance operations and act as a business partner to other functional teams
  • Ensure the delivering of proper reporting and monitor the cash flow of the group
  • Ensure compliance of relevant regulations, policies and guidelines and monitor the regular updating of policies and accounting standards in local markets
  • Review daily business operation and formulate management reports
  • To assist in ad hoc corporate projects and system enhancement initiatives.

To qualify, the candidate must process:

  • Qualified accountant with ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent qualification
  • At least 7-15 years of working experience, team leading experiences is needed
  • Solid experiences in MNCs, especially in the Consumer sectors (Retail, FMCG, Trading, Manufacturing and the related sectors)
  • Excellent communication and business partnership skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Strong languages skills
