Finance Manager

Our client is a HK listed manufacturing company. They are looking for a finance manager, responsible for preparing financial report for the group. This role reports to the CFO.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee finance operation, supervise month-end closing and ensure the finance team maintain internal control
• Prepare financial reporting, management reports and handle financial analysis
• Liaise with external auditors on audit or tax related matters
• Responsible for statutory audit and tax filling process
• Provide data for annual review with bank
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as per request

Requirements:

• Bachelor holder in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years in accounting/ audit experience with CPA qualification
• Independent, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
