Finance Director - Regional

The Company:

A leading business in the pharmaceutical, healthcare and medical business. They are currently looking for a seasoned Finance Director to head up their regional team. The Finance Director will provide analytical insights on business performance for the region and manage a small team.

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Managing Director to drive business strategy and direction
• Drive monthly and quarterly budgeting & forecasting. Explain variance and reports in presentations
• Review cases, challenge assumptions and provide further information for strategic business decision making purposes
• Perform trend and business analysis and share insights with senior management
• Support the regional and global team in M&A projects in the region
• Lead and manage a small finance and accounting team, support system improvements and streamlining
• Ad hoc projects within the region

Requirements

• Degree in Finance and Accounting or relevant subject
• At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in an analytical position, CPA qualified accountant preferred.
• All rounded finance experience in a product driven industry such as medical, healthcare and pharmaceuticals
• Previous exposure in a regional role is a must, with exposure working directly with the C-suite or Managing director level
• Fluency in English, Chinese (Mandarin)
