Finance Director (PE Fund House, SAP HANA is Must)

Job description

My Client is seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead our corporate accounting functions and actively participate in our SAP HANA transformation and other SAP-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate accounting and a proven track record of managing financial operations within a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of corporate accounting, including financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP HANA, ensuring seamless integration with existing financial systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SAP projects from an accounting perspective, providing insights and guidance on best practices.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and maintain effective financial policies and procedures.
  • Mentor and lead the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and compliance.
  • Strong experience with SAP HANA and participation in SAP transformation projects.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
