Finance Director - MNC

About the company:

Our client is a leading multinational corporation with a strong presence in APAC area. They are a market leader in providing services and consulting to other companies across various business sectors. They are currently looking for a talented Finance Director to join their team and become a business advisor to their division heads and stakeholders as well as managing the local accounting team

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the Finance & Accounting team
  • Ensure monthly financial and management reports are accurately presented in accordance with company guidelines and internal control policies
  • Work closely with Regional CFO and local MD and division head to give insights to business performance
  • Statutory reporting, taxation, treasury and reviewing payroll
  • Key driver of budgeting, forecasting and analysis process
  • In charge of working with external auditors, ensure compliance with deadlines and completion of statutory audits
  • Ensure all compliance and regulations as met

Key requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines with professional qualification
  • CPA Qualified Accountant is a must, former experience in a sizable audit firm is preferred
  • At least 10 years of working experience in Accounting related fields in a sizable organization and at least 3 years in supervisory or managerial level
  • Exposure with hands on accounting in the past would be an advantage
  • Project management experience in internal control, accounting, or systems
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese)
