Finance Director

Our client is well established Consumer Goods multinational with regional hub in Hong Kong. They are currently seeking for a commercially astute Finance Director to spearhead this function. This role is based in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the CFO, you will lead a highly capable team of senior finance talents. This is a hands on role where you will work closely with operations, gaining thorough understanding of the various business units and operations, their value chains and key drivers. You will provide robust support to the commercial strategies and operational plans, taking a hands on approach to managing the financials from costing to business analysis. As part of the finance leadership team, you will help drive the commercials and the full Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet. This role will provide ample exposure to the c-suite where your contributions will have significant impact on the business.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Degree holder and qualified accountant
• Minimum 15 years of financial management experiences
• At least 7 years in a solid FP&A capacity with APAC exposure
• Proven track record in leading a successful finance team
• Exposure to the Consumer Products sector is highly preferred but not a must
• Gravitas, driven, and result oriented
• Superb communications and presentation skills
• Excellent command of both English and Chinese
