Finance Assistant (multi headcounts)

Job description

About our clients:

A leading international services firm and they are looking for Finance Assistant for their finance team, ideally candates with at least 1 year of billing experience.


Directly report to Supervisor and Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:

  • Handle AR duties, including billing, credit control and AR ageing report
  • Prepare monthly statement of accounts and trial balance
  • Prepare month end billing reports
  • Participate in ad-hoc assignments or projects

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree Holder in Accounting
  • At least 1 year of working experience in billing
  • Attention to detailts, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
