Job description


  • Lead the month-end financial closing process of the Company and its overseas subsidiaries
  • Proactively review, analyse and interpret business units financial performance, budget and forecasts
  • Preparation of the company's annual budget and quarterly forecasts
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and provide management reporting to the senior management of the organization
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, banks and company secretary for yearly audit, tax and legal filing
  • Support HR functions, including employee record management, payroll calculations, and MPF contribution process
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects & reports


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
  • CPA qualification is preferred
  • Minimum 8 years working experience in accounting & admin
  • Working experience in MNC are required
  • Proficiency in SAP accounting software
  • Pro-active, results Driven and with sense of responsibility
  • Good command of written and spoken English
