Finance & Admin Manager

About the Company:

Our client is a leading company with its regional hub and headquarters in Hong Kong, focusing on the the region and other international markets. They have teams in multiple locations globally and are involved in sourcing and producing electronics.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial and management reporting, including analysis and presentation of financial data.
  • Collaborate with offices in Hong Kong and the PRC on financial transactions and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Manage relationships with Hong Kong stakeholders and work closely with the global CFO on financial strategies and reporting.
  • Handle audit responsibilities and ensure adherence to audit standards.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and the finance team in other regions to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Oversee vendor management in China, ensuring timely payments and contract compliance.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely financial reporting.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance and administration roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, reporting, and analysis.
  • Experience working with international teams and managing cross-border transactions.
  • Ideally, industry experience in sectors with inventory such as trading, sourcing, or manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
