Field Service Technician (Fitness Equipment | 28 - 32k)

My client is US leading fitness equipment company. Looking to enhance their technician team, they are now in search of a Field Service Technician.

Reporting to the Technician Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on fitness / gym equipment according to customer's requests
• Diagnose technical issues and troubleshoot equipment problems.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure their equipment operates efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts used, and work performed.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

To qualify, one must possess

• Form 5 graduate with at least 4 years of equipment maintenance and repairing experience
• Open to repairing experience in any product / industry
• Polite with good manner and customer service mentality
• Young, energetic and willing to learn
• Proficient English and Chinese for understanding orders / request email
