Job Description:

Our client, a well-known family in Hong Kong, is seeking a talented Chef. Responsibilities include preparing high-quality meals and managing kitchen operations. Expertise in either Western, Chinese, or Japanese cuisines is essential. Experience in at least 4-star hotels and restaurants is required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef
• Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of either Western, Chinese, or Japanese cuisines
• Experience working in at least 4-star hotels and restaurants
• Ability to manage kitchen operations
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Creativity in menu development
