Executive Director, Legal

Our client, a leading investment bank, is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice to various business units, in particular on structured finance and structured products

Draft and review documentations and advise business teams on legal, regulatory and structural issues

Closely communicate with complinace team on relevant matters

Work closely with external legal counsels

Requirements:

Qualified in HK, US or UK jurisdictions

Law degree and with 5-8 years PQE in an international institution

DCM experiences is preferred

Excellent negotiation skills with attention to details

Excellent comand of spoke and written English, and Chinese
