Equity Research Associate (30-50k)

Reporting to the Head of Investment, you will be working as a generalist to perform fundamental analysis on targeted companies, including evaluating financial statements, industry trends, competitive positioning, management quality, and growth potential. You will also need to build detailed financial models to value companies and assess their risk/return profiles as well as monitor and report on the performance of existing portfolio holdings. As an Equity Research Assocaite, you will be required to stay up-to-date on macroeconomic and market conditions and assess their impact on investment ideas and collaborate with the investment team to make investment decision.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a relevant discipline
- 3-5 years of equity research/ ECM experience gained from Chinese Securities firm
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to build and maintain financial models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
