EQD Trade Support ,Senior Manager (2-11pm,with shift allowance)

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of trade support analysts, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day workflow, ensuring timely and accurate trade capture, validation, and lifecycle management.
  • Act as the escalation point for all trade support‑related issues.
  • Ensure accurate and complete trade capture across multiple asset classes (e.g., equities, FX, rates, or derivatives depending on desk).
  • Perform daily trade reconciliation, P&L checks, and risk verification to ensure smooth end‑of‑day processes.
  • Investigate breaks and exceptions, coordinate resolutions, and ensure alignment with global support teams.
  • Participate in UAT, system enhancements, and global process standardization projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of trade support or middle-office experience in an investment bank.
  • Prior team management or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of trade lifecycle, trade bookings, and market operations.
  • Ability to work closely with front office under time-sensitive conditions.
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to work a 2-11pm shift to support overseas markets
