English Content Editor - Retail

About the Role:

• Write and edit short articles and lifestyle pieces focused on fashion/beauty.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, tone of voice, and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with the Graphic Design Assistant to support layouts, visuals, and basic content-to-creative handoffs.
• Use Chinese reading/speaking ability to support research, communication, and context-checking when needed.
• Support content planning and execution under guidance from the Senior Content Editor and broader digital content direction.
• Ensure content is suitable for digital channels (web/social), with clean structure, headlines, and concise formatting.

About the Candidate:

• Native-level English writing and editing skills.
• Able to speak and read Chinese (professional working proficiency).
• 3 years of relevant experience as a content editor, writer, or similar role.
• Proven background in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle media/brands (required).
• Strong ability to write short, engaging articles with a clear point of view and audience focus.
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable working collaboratively.
