Job description

Our client, a leading investment bank, is looking for an ED, Regulatory Compliance to assist their growing business.

Responsibilities:

Assisting the Head of Compliance, the successful candidate will be providing compliance advisory to Sales and Trading desks and their support functions

Review new product/ business requests in accordance to the latest regulatory requirements

Liaise with business stakeholders, auditors and regulators for compliance inquiries

Provide training and guidance to junior members of the team

Requirements:

University graduate from a related discipline (Legal, Finance, Accounting etc.)

8+ years of working in global markets compliance with equities or fixed income business knowledge

Strong command of English and Chinese

Fast-paced with managerial experiences
