Job description

Responsibilities:

Involve in origination of ECM trnsactions and build strong client coverage

Build up strategies in HK and China markets

Involved in marketing with both international and domestic investors

Execute ECM related deals - including IPOs, share placements and block trades

Requirements:

University graduate from a related discipline

10 years of experience in a similar position, relevant ECM experience gained from reputable FIs

Comprehensive knowledge of the market

Solid command of English and Chinese
