E-Ccommerce Manager - Cosmetic MNC

My client is a well-known European cosmetic company. With an all-rounded product portfolio, they are one of the market leaders within the skincare industry. Looking to reinforce their business, they are now in search of an E-Commerce Manager to lead their HK and China business.

You will be responsible for the E-Commerce sales and marketing strategy in line with the commercial objective. As the E-Commerce Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing the E-Commerce channel for budget control, sales performance, marketing activities, project management, data analysis and promoting operation efficiency
  • Leading team members to achieve commercial objective within key E-Commerce channel including brand's site, marketplace (Tmall, LC and others)
  • Overseeing the E-Commerce consumer journey with regular content updates
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to design marketing projects and promotion campaigns to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborating with supply chain teams to ensure smooth operation process
  • Leading data analysis process to achieve major KPI on traffics, conversion, AOS, opt-in etc
  • Conducting market research and exploring potential E-Commerce partnership with new platforms or channels

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Degree holder with at least 6 years of experience in E-Commerce management
  • At least 1 year of team leading experience
  • Experience managing both brand site and marketplace (Tmall, LC etc)
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, CRM and digital advertising technology
  • Data driven with knowledge on metric, KPI and ROI analysis
  • Energetic, positive, good communication skills with a team player personality
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
