Our client is well established mid sized Financial Services Organisation with Hong Kong as one of their Asia hubs. With a relentless commitment in Diversity and Inclusion initiatives in Asia, they are currently looking for a passionate Senior Manager, D&I professional to join their team.

Reporting to the Asia CEO and Head of HR , this is hands on role where you will drive and execute their D&I strategy with an innovative and creative approach. With a strong network in local communities and not for profit organisations, you will host various events, initiatives and programmes, and act as the ambassador for their workplace culture. With a continuous focus on progress and sustainability, you will take the lead in delivering objectives to regional offices , working side by side with business leaders, providing global best practices and trends. Out of the box thinking, creativity and passion will be key success criteria for this prolific Asia position.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Degree holder and minimum 10 years of work experience
• At least 3 years in a Diversity and Inclusion role
• Strong project management; ability to influence key stakeholders
• Prior exposure to Change Programmes in Asia is highly preferred
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
