Digital Transformation Manager

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • In accordance with the strategic objectives of the firm, create and execute a thorough digital transformation plan.

  • Integrate cutting-edge digital tools into all sectors to streamline procedures.

  • To guarantee agreement on digital strategies and obtain support for revolutionary projects, work together with top management and important stakeholders.

  • Identify and proactively reduce the risks connected to digital transformation projects.

  • Keep abreast of market developments and new technological advancements to establish the business as a pioneer in the online space.

  • In addition to reporting to steering committees and stakeholders, oversee project timelines, track developments, and guarantee the timely delivery of project outputs.

  • Take the lead in delivering ideas from start to finish, creating a transformation roadmap that fits the strategic goals and stakeholder vision.

  • Lead your project team to effective results while cultivating and preserving excellent relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in computer studies or a similar discipline at least ten years of IT expertise. which includes three to four years of digital transformation.
  • Has a strong background in projects utilizing cutting-edge technologies including digital engineering, mobile apps, and artificial intelligence (AI).
  • It is preferred to have understanding of corporate integration patterns, API-based integrations, and experience with various integration platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and an analytical attitude
  • Outstanding abilities in team management, change management, and leadership.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and the capacity to translate abstract concepts into workable solutions
