Digital Marketing Manager (Growth Marketing)

Job description


  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to foster collaboration for the development and execution of Middle & Lower Funnel campaigns, including social media, display network, and content marketing
  • Drive the development of content and assets for Middle & Lower Funnel campaigns, working in close coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Assist in implementing strategies across multiple channels to enhance lead generation and conversion, supporting a seamless customer experience
  • Facilitate the delivery of targeted and relevant content using customer data platforms
  • Analyze and pinpoint important points of conversion and drop-off in the customer journey to enhance user experience and improve lead conversion
  • Generate reports and analyze data to monitor the overall performance of lead generation campaigns, including measuring return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay informed about digital trends, the latest marketing technology, competition activities, and industry best practices to foster innovation in lead generation and conversion


  • 6 years or above working experience, ideally from insurance industry but open to non-insurance candidates
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English languages
