Digital innovation & Transformation Lead, Insurance

Our client is an insurance arm of a global financial institution. With their continuous investment in their digital development, an outstanding opportunity has been created for an experienced digital innovation & transformation professional to join their regional team.

Report directly to the Department Head, you will be the key member of the APAC team to plan and implement digital innovation and transformation strategy and capabilities for the region. You will lead the regional/ local teams to identity area of improvements, deliver business change, process digitalization and transformation to enhance customer experience, product & service delivery. You will keep abreast of the latest digital trend and source external digital partnership, explore and implement innovative digital solutions to grow the business. You will analyse customers' behaviour, key financial drivers and competitors' strategy to sustain a continuous portfolio growth and maintain competitiveness in the market. You will coordinate with different IT and third party vendor on digital solution delivery.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor degree or above in related discipline
• Minimum 10 years' experience in digital projects/ management consulting / transformation/ change management in financial services industry
• Candidates with experience covering both local & regional business will be a plus
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese
