Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain the organization's HR platforms, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance functionality and improve efficiency for global HR teams.
  • Manage HR system projects from planning through implementation, including testing and documentation.
  • Safeguard data accuracy and consistency across platforms; produce analytical reports to guide strategic decisions.
  • Provide expert guidance to HR teams, develop training resources, and conduct workshops to maximize system adoption.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations, while monitoring data privacy and security standards.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR operations or HRIS management, with a strong track record in system implementation or transformation projects.
  • Solid understanding of HR systems administration and enhancement.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
