Deputy Head of Human Resources| Financial Services

Position Overview:
The Deputy HR Director will oversee the development and implementation of HR strategies across the organization and manage the operations of our regional offices. This role is crucial in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of HR for all HR matters and projects
• Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to regional HR teams to ensure consistency in policies and practices.
• Monitor regional office performance and implement necessary improvements.
• Implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws (HK and China) and regulations across all regions.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices.
• Employee Relations:
• Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns and promoting open communication.
• Mediate and resolve conflicts within teams and between employees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
• Oversee educational background preferred
• With China Labour Law knowledge and HR best practices. is a must
• Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on strategy and regional operations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in Chinese and English languages.
