Deputy General Manager - Finance

The Deputy General Manager of Finance will play a critical role in managing the company's corporate finance activities, debt restructuring, and financing duties. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and the ability to manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks and financial institutions and report to the CFO and the various internal directors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the business
• Manage debt restructuring initiatives to optimize the company's capital structure.
• Negotiate with creditors and financial institutions to secure favourable terms.
• Identify and evaluate financing options to meet the company's funding needs.
• Prepare and present financing proposals to senior management and the board of directors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and rating agencies.
• Communicate the company's financial performance and strategy to stakeholders.
• Represent the company in financial negotiations and discussions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in corporate finance, debt restructuring, and financing.
• Proven track record of managing relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Experience in the real estate industry is a big plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
